Kaffeine only adding 10 channels

When I run a channel search, it comes back with all 60 or so channels that I have available from my cable provider. Except it will only add 10 of these channels. If I try to add more it just replaces one of the 10 that have already been selected.

Any ideas on why it's doing this?
