|

I recently attempted to update Kaffeine to 1.2.2. When I switched to DVB mode, it gave me a "no device found" error. After downgrading to Kaffeine 1.1.x, everything was working again. Repeated the procedure several times, same results every time. I'm using a Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T stick on OpenSUSE 11.4.
Any idea what changed between these versions that may cause this? /var/log/messages and /var/log/warn show nothing that seems remotely relevant. Is there any way I can produce additional output that may help locate the problem? |

After updating from kaffeine 1.1 to 1.2.2 I got the "no device found" message too for my dual DVB-T card (Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T-500).
Under "DVB -> configure television" there were two devices added. I removed devices 1 & 2 and changed the source for the remaining two devices from "no source" to my local schema.
