Hello
I would like to upgrade to the new Kaffeine version.
I got an howto to compile this for Kubuntu 10.11,. My questions are:
1) Can I use afterwards the file /home/bruno/.kde/share/apps/kaffeine/squlite.db again? Or is it better, if I secure this on the desktop?
2) Is there a paket available for Kubuntu 10.11?
3) Is the Version in the Repos for 11.04 and would be upgraded automatically when I upgrade to this Kubuntu release?

1.) should be ok to leave everything as it is.
2.) UNOFFICIAL binaries are available for (k)ubuntu lucid maverick and natty. see https://launchpad.net/~mtron/+archive/kaffeine-stable/
3.) No. 11.04 ships with kaffeine 1.1 and there won't be an update of kaffeine in the official ubuntu repositories for this release. |

Hi
It was no problem at all, I got today the message in Kubuntu, that an update is ready, so I upgraded to 1.2.2 and a quick check showed, that at least the TV ist running propperly.
