Allowing cd to play without track breaks

Hi, I have a problem which is probably peculiar to classical cds. The piece of music is continuous but is arranged on the CD as multiple tracks.

A CD player will play the piece without interruption, but Kaffeine stops at the end of each track, displays the title of the next track and then continues. Is there any way to prevent this?

Also, how do you turn of repeat play (where Kaffeine gets to the end of the cd and then continues)
