Is there any guidance on how to get my Compro S350 card to work in Ubuntu Natty? I am looking forwards to the satellite quality pictures and sound!
Many thanks, |

Dear mtron,
Many thanks for the reply. I had a look at the help files, and they did not claim to support the S350. Is this just that the chipset is supported - and so will work, but the card isn't mentioned?
Many thanks. |

Compro S300/350 supported in any new kernel. Im use 3.0.0 for now, but it also work on kernel 2.6.* (sorry, im forget in what exactly). So i suggest try a new kernel. Loaded modules: zl10039, mt312, saa7134_dvb, saa7134 and some another v4l modules. Also you may need pass 'card' option to saa7134 module: options saa7134 card=169 (saa7134 module cant correctly detect card).
There my kernel log:
Aug 14 15:25:40 localhost kernel: saa7134 0000:01:06.0: PCI INT A -> Link[APC1] -> GSI 16 (level, low) -> IRQ 16
